You once could get the test and numbers to check on Jack's site. Essentially, it's like a mini version of the P90X fit test (which I based on this test), then you look at your final numbers which group you into categories, with 29 being the top physical age. Essentially, if you score in the top percentile you are 29. <br /><br />It's not that hard to be in this percentile. Great article by the way, Hypertrophy week has been going well for me, body has adapted to waking up at 3:30 am every morning so I seem to work fine. For some reason I didn't do yoga today, I'll have to find the inner feeling to do it today, if not maybe next week. Changes for me have been an increase in strength by almost 40% (maybe that's puberty or training) bodyfat is same and 3 lb muscle gain (not bad in 8 1/2 weeks).
